Very near to old quarters and the staff are all very friendly. Nice breakfast too! Will come back again if I visit hanoi!

The hotel stay is definitely a 10 star. The moment you enter the hotel, it already smell nice and comforting. The room was very comfortable and the staffs were really friendly and professional.
Special mention to Moon and Heidi for their welcoming smile every morning to the attentive assistance throughout my stay with the hotel. When they got to know that I had food poisoning, they showed their concern and was very attentive to my needs (i.e., warming up my bowl of porridge, offering warm water) and even checking in on me.
Highly recommend everyone to stay here. The location is also very convenient as there are delicious food nearby and close to Hoan Kiem lake.

?ロケーションは旧市街の中にあり且つホアンキエム湖に近くいい场所です(部屋には近辺の地図とお店の册子があります)
?部屋も清洁ですし特に上层阶の食堂、屋上のbarも绮丽です。
?受付の方もやはりベトナム人らしく非常に亲切で亲しみやすいです。また英语も问题无し。
?一点难は部屋が若干狭いです。后、カードキー使えなくなり受付に2回伺いました。

The location is in the heart of the city. Everything is in short walking distance.
Upon check in, u will bw greeted by the staff (English speaking) with a welcome drink.
The lobby smells nice and cooling and the check in is done smoothly. All the hotel details are well explained and service-boy assist to bring up the luggage to the room.
The room is decent size for a couple and all things inside are well equipped.
What i like most is the international charging wall where u do not need to worry on bringing a international plug.
Water bottles are provided when request. There is proper safe.
Importantly, the staff is forever friendly and always greeting each customer.
Breakfast is good and well prepared.

Lovely boutique hotel with vibrant decor and artistic designs at lobby. Room size a bit tight but still decent and fully equipped. Staff were all friendly and quick to respond to fix safe without batteries. Breakfast although variety not wide but still relatively good with an awesome view on the 2nd highest floor. The roof top bar is awesome too, great for chilling out at night looking at the colorfully lit skyline. Location is convenient to easily access the Old Quarter streets and shops. But hotel’s spa and massage too pricey, rather opt for one of the many massage shops nearby.

Front desk staff provides excellent service and support. They gave good recommendations for good transitional Vietnamese food. Enjoyed nearby MET and Mias restaurants.
The room is clean and the beddings are comfortable.
Very near to the lake. It is in the heart of Old Quarter.
